Class Descriptions

Easy Like Saturday Morning
Slowing down our weekend with a peaceful vinyasa flow that will build gentle heat and strength.  Once warmed, the class moves into more passive and restorative poses, sometimes offering balance, sometimes myofascial release but always nurturing in nature.  Class will use many props to make you comfortable and secure.

Funky Flow
Are you looking for a playful practice? One that combines traditional postures with a bit of a funky twist? In this class we will break away from the “normal” yoga mold and move freely and authentically in our bodies. Incorporating peak postures that are different each week to give student a playful challenge. This class is geared towards intermediate yogis but welcome to anyone who wants to have a little fun and try out something new!

Good Morning Flow
Enjoy the slow flow, still creating warmth, but at a slower pace. This class begins with a simple vinyasa flow sequence and progresses into seated and supine poses that helps prepare for relaxation. Suitable for all levels.

Pilates
A Pilates routine generally includes exercises that promote core strength and stability, muscle control, and endurance, including exercises that stress proper posture and movement patterns and balanced flexibility and strength. It can also be helpful in training for sports or in physical rehabilitation.
Small weights, resistance bands and Pilates balls will be incorporated.  Must have a mat.

Restorative
Restorative yoga typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. Good for slowing down, calming down and being good to you mind and body.

Vinyasa Flow
Our signature class, creating movement that aligns with the breath. All levels welcome and modifications can be made to accommodate all. Flow with us through Sun Salutations to warm the body, reach for edges, then sink into the space we create. Arrive with an open mind and leave with a warm heart!

Yin Yoga
Searching for more flexibility and a greater range of motion? In Yin, we find stillness in poses that can be supported with props to stretch the connective tissues. Enjoy long holds in primarily seated and supine poses to unwind patterns of tension in the deepest tissues of the body, ultimately finding more ease in the low back, hips, legs, and feet. All levels welcome.
