Vinyasa Flow Class
Our signature class, creating movement that aligns with the breath. All levels welcome. Props available to make poses more comfortable. Flow with us through Sun Salutations to warm the body, reach for edges, then sink into the space we create. Arrive with an open mind, and leave with a warm heart!
Align and Flow Class
Align & Flow includes a mix of foundational poses, movement with breath, and sequences that build strength, flexibility, and knowledge to work towards more advanced poses. Each class includes a focus on therapeutic alignment, to maximize energy flow and empower you to experience greater stability and ease in each pose. Expect an accessible class that offers the opportunity to break down postures.
Easy Like Saturday Morning Class
Greet the weekend with a happy start! We warm our spines and joints, then go into a playful flow to build some gentle heat and strength. We will work together to build balance and coordination as we listen to some funky music! We will finish class with seated postures, a some breath work followed by a long shavasana for our central nervous system. There will be modifications and amplifications offered in each posture so that all levels can feel comfortable and welcomed!
Gentle Flow Class
Enjoy the slow flow, still creating warmth, but at a slower pace. This class begins with a simple vinyasa flow sequence and progresses into seated and supine poses that helps prepare for relaxation. Suitable for all levels.
Yin Yoga Class
Searching for more flexibility and a greater range of motion? In Yin, we find stillness in poses that can be supported with props to stretch the connective tissues. Enjoy long holds in primarily seated and supine poses to unwind patterns of tension in the deepest tissues of the body, ultimately finding more ease in the low back, hips, legs, and feet. All levels welcome.
Flow+Soul Revival
Let's flow to warm ourselves. Super for building heart happiness and strength. Are you up for inversions? They will be around to offer a different view of your practice and your world. Class ends with some restorative poses along with a reading to get you thinking a little deeper about your practice as well as that sweet life of yours!

Ashtanga yoga awakens the body, connecting movement with the breath and settling the mind. The practice is dynamic, produces internal heat, which purifies the body. Great for building core strength and toning.
